Behind a stone street façade, 123 Buckingham Palace Road is a contemporary multi-tenancy office building housing such companies as BSkyB, The Highways Agency and PA Consulting adjacent to Victoria Station.

Aworth Survey Consultants were commissioned by ORMS Architects to undertake detailed 1:50 plans, internal elevations and sections for the recent comprehensive refurbishment of the impressive glass atrium, reception entrance and extensive 5th floor terraces.

Further measured building surveys were ordered to establish the current lettable tenancy demises on the ground floor and a topographical survey of the premises and surrounding streets for further long term planning.
