Key Worker Housing, Eddington, Cambridge | Wins RIBA East Award & RIBA National Award winner 2021

Aworth are delighted to see Key Worker Housing, Eddington, Cambridge has won RIBA East Award 2021, RIBA National Award winner 2021 and shortlisted for the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize 2021.
The 10-building scheme is at the heart of the new community of Eddington. North West Cambridge Development creates 264 much-needed affordable homes for University of Cambridge key workers. The network of landscaped courtyards and communal external spaces, designed to foster social interaction, underpins the concept of the project.
Aworth Survey Consultants were appointed to undertake topographical surveys and to independently audit and verify primary setting-out control.
