Reuben’s £214m Piccadilly palace based on Aworth survey

November 09, 2012

Aworth undertook the measured building survey of Piccadilly Estate including the former In & Out club. Since 2001 Aworth have worked and assisted with all the site’s various proposals, providing topographical, underground services surveys and rectified photography on the project.

The Reuben Brothers scheme will see the grade I listed property become the UK’s most expensive residence at £214m.

Designed by Architects Paul Davis + Partners, the proposals will transform this iconic property to a 48 room palatial residence and the remaining Piccadilly Estate into exclusive apartments.
