January 12, 2012

The Grade II Listed hotel with evocative Art Nouveau styling and Rococo plasterwork has been entirely renovated, and the original courtyard garden restored and lushly replanted, together with the metalwork arch rebuilt between the gothic creatures guarding the entrance.

Aworth were commissioned by Terry Farrell & Partners to undertake a detailed measured building survey of the hotel, including the elevations, sections, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and rectified photography to English Heritage specifications.

Amerimar Enterprises specialise in hotel redevelopment and the £30 million refurbishment of the 330 room St. Ermin’s Hotel, London represents their first international endeavour outside of the United States.
