Certification for Social Value

We are proud to have achieved our Certificate of Completion for Social Value.
Since the Public Services (Social Value) Act (SVA) came into force in 2013, both public and private sector clients across all industries have come to realise the benefits social value can bring to communities and construction companies alike.
The UK Green Building Council (UKBC) categorises social value under three broad themes: jobs and economic growth; health, wellbeing and the environment; and strength of community.
