Open Doors | Go behind the site hoardings

#OpenDoors26 is a fantastic opportunity for young people and those looking for a change of career to find out what construction has to offer by going behind the scenes and seeing the wide range of opportunities available.

From Monday 23 until Saturday 28 March 2026, Open Doors, delivered by Build UK, takes visitors behind the scenes to showcase the fantastic range of careers available in the UK construction industry.

The construction projects participating will range from houses to skyscrapers, with manufacturing facilities, offices and training centres also opening their doors to demonstrate the off-site roles across the sector.

They not only gain an exclusive insight into the sector but leave inspired to consider construction careers going forwards.

Bookings are now open for this year’s event and you can read reviews of Open Doors 2025 which demonstrates the impact of the last event, which attracted more than 7,000 visitors to over 260 events.
